Twitter Art Exhibit 2020

Infinite Dragon Celtic art by Carrie Dennison

If you’ve been following my blog / Instagram / Twitter for a while, then you’ll know that I always like to take part in the Twitter Art Exhibit each year. The project was originally set up 10 years ago by atist David Sandum, to raise money to buy childrens’ books for a library in Norway. Since then the project has expanded each year, and raises money for charities local to the exhibition venues by selling each postcard sized piece of art that is donated by artists around the world.

This year’s exhibition took place over this past weekend at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA, and the opening ceremony and a look around William H. Miller’s gallery that hosted the event, can be seen on the Twitter Art Exhibit YouTube channel.

The exhibit has now moved online, and is ready for sales of artists’ work from around the world, in order to raise money for Horry County Disabilities & Special Needs. I was going to link to my piece here, but I’ve just been to check the link, and see that it has sold, so thank you so much to the amazing buyer for supporting HCDSN! There are hundreds of other beautiful pieces of artwork to browse through and choose from over at so please support the charity if you’re able to do so.

If you would like to take part in next year’s Twitter Art Exhibit, sign ups are already open over on the Twitter Art Exhibit website.

Here is my piece in the making, step-by-step, and thanks once again to the buyer for your support of the Twitter Art Exhibit and HCDSN!

Say hello!
