This knot can be found in the 'Ormesby Psalter' (ca. 1250-1330), which you can see in the Bodleian Library digital collection, under 'MS. Douce 366', on Fol. 147v. This knot echoes leaf illustrations on the same page, hence the 3 points in each of the sections. It's a really beautiful page, I recommend you look it up if you get chance 🍁
This year I'm going to be working on my second Cel This year I'm going to be working on my second Celtic Knotwork Colouring Book, which I aim to have published at the beginning of December (earlier if I can manage it!). In order to help fund it I have decided to document all the processes of self-publishing this book over on a Patreon page. As well as documenting my Celtic knotwork design process (both photos and videos), I'll also be documenting how I lay out a book for publishing, as well as how I actually get it self-published. So it promises to be a great resource, not only for Celtic knot lovers out there, but also for those who are thinking of self-publishing. Everyone who is able to support me will receive a thank you in the book, and for the highest level, you will receive a signed copy of the book before it's officially published. There will also be downloadable 'thank yous' each month. As a 'welcome' thank you gift, my Celtic Uncial Hand font, that I created for the first book, is up on the page already.
I've only just started the page, so it's all brand new, but I'll be filling it up with content each week! You'll find it at patreon.com/carriedennison
Nothing will change here, I'll still be posting new work here, and posting my free mandala colouring pages and weekly drawing videos, the Patreon page will be much more in depth, and with a few in depth knotwork tutorials too!
Thank you for reading - I'm one of those people who finds it hard to ask for help, so this is a big step for me! Please let your friends and family know if you you think they would find this a useful resource.

If you're wondering what the layout I've shown in If you're wondering what the layout I've shown in my previous couple of posts could look like all drawn up, then this is a design I drew with the same layout back in 2016 (how was that 5 years ago already?!).
Available as a greetings card, as shown here, or in my first book for you to colour in. Link in bio 🌞
