This week’s ‘draw along with me’ video is now up, about how to draw a Charles Rennie Mackintosh style rose motif, with some Celtic knot heart and leaf additions.

The materials you’ll need are:

• A5 paper (148mm x 210mm)
• Pencil
• Ruler
• Rubber or putty rubber
• Fineliner pen (such as Faber Castell PITT artist pens, sizes M and XS or Uni-ball Uni Pin pens sizes 0.8 and 0.1)
• Watercolour pencils (such as Derwent Inktense. I’m using 0200 Sun Yellow, 0400 Poppy Red, 1400 Apple Green, 1600 Leaf Green)
• Paint brush and water
