I’m very pleased to announce a new workshop taking place on Saturday November 24th 2018, from 10am to 4pm, at the former Herb Patch, now Osana, Ebchester.
We’ll spend the day creating paper bead jewellery made from our own monoprinted decorated papers.
In the morning we’ll be using the gelatin printing technique to create the decorative papers, and then will move on to create the paper beads from those papers. We’ll then use the paper beads to make necklaces and bracelets. Towards the end of the day we’ll also learn how to make a simple gift box to present the jewellery in. As this workshop is taking place a month before Christmas, it will be a great opportunity to learn how to make paper jewellery gifts for both the Christmas season and birthdays.
As with all of my workshops, it will be fun and relaxed – and we will be using a lot of paint! So be sure to wear old clothes or bring a pinny along. Tea and coffee will be provided – and I will bake a vegan apple cake 🙂 – but please bring along your own cold packed lunch.
The venue is the lovely and tranquil former Herb Patch, now Osana, just outside Ebchester. I will email you more details on how to get there when you book.
The cost for the workshop is £40. Please book online using my Eventbrite page.
I really hope you’ll join me for what will be a fun, creative and relaxed day!
