If you are in the area of Rowlands Gill, Tyne and Wear, then come along to a fun packed four hours of taster craft workshops being held at Strathmore Road Methodist Church on 30 March 2019 between 10am and 2pm. The craft day is in aid of fund raising to redevelop the church to involve the local community more (more information here).
I will be holding mini half hour workshops helping you to make this flower gift box, and each session will cost £2 per person, with half of that going to the church fund.
I will be running my workshop in a ‘make and take’ format, so just come along and have a go!
There are lots of other great crafts to be learned too, including:
- Card Making
- Patchwork bag
- Silk Painting
- Proggie Matting
- Window Sun Catchers
- Potting Seeds
- Cross Stich Embroidery
- Gemstone Earrings
These craft workshops also start at £2 each. There will also be a craft stall and raffle. Entry is £1, which includes a free drink.
More details about the day and information on how to find the church can be found on the Strathmore Road Methodist Church website.
Hope to see you there!
